White Sands FCU is committed to safeguarding the health of our members and staff. We are closely following all developments concerning the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we want to keep you informed and healthy.

As a precaution, many of our members may choose to not come in to a branch to conduct business and may choose to use our Call Center or online features instead.

The well-being of our members and staff is our primary concern, and we are actively monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure we are able to serve you safely. We are closely following all updates from the CDC and our local government.  All WSFCU branches currently remain open.

As a reminder, we offer numerous alternatives to face-to-face interactions:

    Online & Mobile banking-

  • Check account balances and monitor transactions,
  • Transfer money between your WSFCU accounts
  • Use Bill Pay to pay bills
  • Make payments to your WSFCU loans by transferring a payment

     Mobile Deposit – Utilize our free Mobile Deposit App to deposit checks using your mobile device.

  Call our Call Center at 800-658-9933 our hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

While there are uncertainties about how this situation will evolve, please know that any and all decisions will continue being made with the best interests of you and our staff in mind.

With the ongoing developments related to COVID-19 we want to remind you to be aware of scams. While some scammers go for your money, others may go for your personal information. Please remember, White Sands Federal Credit Union will never ask for your personal identification number (PIN) or Debit Card number information via email, text or phone. If you receive any such email request, DO NOT click on any link or enter any information and notify us immediately at 575-647-4500 or call us toll-free at 1-800-658-9933.
