Important Notice!

To ensure the health and safety of our employees and members, we are temporarily closing our El Paso lobby effective Monday, November 2, until further notice. Our Drive-Thru will remain open regular business hours.

We strongly encourage you to use our remote services as much as possible during this time. We can serve you through our Call Center, Drive-Thru ATM’s, and Online and Mobile Banking.

  • Drive-Thru will operate normal business hours.
    • Monday- Thursday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
    • Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
    • Saturday: 9:00 am- 12:30 pm

Access Your Accounts Remotely

You have a number of ways to conduct business with us without going into a branch.

Online or Mobile Banking:

  • Download our Mobile Banking app or visit wsfcu.org to log in to your account. You can also enroll here. 
    • Check your account balance,
    • Schedule transfers
    • Pay your bills 24/7.

Telephone Banking:

If you don’t have access to a computer, simply call our telephone Banking number at 575-647-4580. You can check your balances and transfer funds all by phone. The service is available 24/7.

Deposits

  • Night Drop – You can use our night drop to make deposits or loan payments
  • Use our Mobile Deposit App to deposit checks into your account

Mobile Wallets:

Options for contactless transactions include connecting your debit card to Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay® and Google Pay™. Learn more here.

Pay Your Loan Online:

Our Loan Payment Center is easy to use, and you can either enroll in the site or make a one-time payment. Use it to pay your auto loan, mortgage, home equity loan or lines of credit, and personal loans.

ATM’s:

ATM’s are always available, As a member of WSFCU, you can also access any of the 55,000 Allpoint ATMs free of charge. Locate your closest ATM here.

Apply for a Loan:

You can apply for a loan anytime at wsfcu.org or by calling us at 575-647-4500. Your application will be processed in a timely manner. Loan documents can be signed via electronic documents. In most instances, we can process your application and fund your loan online with no need to visit a branch.
