Fraud Text Alerts
White Sands FCU is excited to bring you another level of security to your Visa Debit Card. If our fraud monitoring service detects a suspicious transaction on your account, we will alert you via SMS/text message of the transaction. You are automatically enrolled if your mobile phone is connected to your account.
In the event that your debit card is suspected of having fraudulent activity, you will receive a text message from White Sands FCU. If you confirm that the activity is accurate, no further action will be required. If the activity is in fact fraud, you will be prompted with the next steps to help secure your account.
This complimentary service ensures you will be notified anytime your debit card has suspected fraudulent activity. You will always have the option to opt-out of Fraud Text Alerts.
