Important Changes Coming To Youth Accounts
After careful consideration, White Sands FCU has decided to discontinue the Kirby Kangaroo and Claim Your Youth partnership with our current vendor. Your current Youth Account will be converted to either a Youth Savings Account or a Teen Savings account based on your current account.
Effective immediately, we will no longer award Kirby Bucks when a deposit is made. We have a limited amount of inventory on hand that can be used to redeem any Kirby Dollars that you may have collected. After March 31, 2023, we will not honor any unused Kirby Dollars.
Beginning on your January statement you will notice the names of the accounts have changed.
- Kirby Kangaroo (0-12 years of age) will change to Youth Account
- CU Succeed (13-17 years of age) will change to Teen Account
We are actively looking for a replacement program to meet the needs of our young members. We will periodically update our Youth Page on our website to reflect any new changes coming to our youth accounts.
