How do I view my account balance?
You can view and manage your accounts with CU Online. If you are not currently a CU Online user, sign up here. If you do not have access to the internet, your account information is still available to you at any time via our Telephone Banking Service, which is free of charge. To access Telephone Banking please call (575) 647-4580 or (800) 462-2406. A PIN is required in order to use Telephone Banking. If you are not a current user of Telephone Banking or need a PIN established, please contact our call center at (575) 647-4500 or (800) 658-9933.
