We would like to sincerely thank you for your patience this past week as we successfully launched our new core processing system and upgraded online banking platform.

You may be wondering why this change was necessary. Our previous system was being sunset and no longer supported, which required us to transition to a new platform that better positions your credit union for the future.

We understand that the required re-registration for online banking created longer wait times and increased call volumes, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While the transition has taken extra effort upfront, the new platform offers a more user-friendly experience with enhanced features, including customizable displays, Spanish language options, QuickBooks integration, and more.

This investment allows us to continue improving and expanding the services we offer you, with even more enhancements to come.

We are incredibly proud of our team, who have worked tirelessly to make this transition as smooth as possible and to assist each member in getting reconnected to their accounts.
