White Sands Employees Donate to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
White Sands FCU employees presented a $1,000 check to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and also participated in the 1 mile walk held on September 9, 2023, at Young Park.
Donations such as this are made possible by the Do a Good Deed program, an employee-run community support group. Employees make donations to the Do a Good Deed program through payroll deduction, and an employee committee selects the quarterly recipients.
White Sands FCU Employees Become Chefs
White Sands FCU employees donated $500 to the Ronald McDonald House of EL Paso on August 3. While visiting, they also put on their aprons and prepared a spaghetti dinner for the children, staff, and parents.

Annual Meeting Tickets Sale Donation
Thanks to all of our members who purchased a ticket to our Annual Meeting and a matching donation made by the credit union, we were able to make a $1,000 donation to the Ag in the Class Room program sponsored by the New Mexico Farm & Livestock Bureau Foundation.

Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley
On Saturday, July 1, a group of volunteers from N. Main and Lohman assisted the Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley at the Farmers Market. They were holding an adoption drive.
