TruStage Incident Update

White Sands Federal Credit Union has been notified by TruStage of an incident that occurred on July 11, 2026.

As part of their response and recovery efforts, TruStage has temporarily limited access to portions of its systems and network. Some services may experience delays while their team works to safely restore normal operations.

Important Reminder For Members

If you currently have or had insurance through TruStage, please be cautious of unsolicited phone calls, emails, or text messages claiming to be from TruStage or requesting personal information.

DO NOT Provide:

  • Banking or payment information

  • Online banking usernames or passwords

  • Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information
