All WSFCU branch drive-thrus will close at 5:30 pm on Friday, April 17, and will be closed on Saturday, April 18, 2026
Visa debit cards will have limited purchase amounts from April 17 through April 20. Please plan accordingly by having a backup payment method or withdrawing cash in advance. WSFCU Credit Cards will not be affected.

Bill Pay- Bill Pay access will be disabled on this day, but scheduled payments made through April 17th will still be processed.
Zelle- Registered accounts will be released on April 13, 2026, to allow enrollment at another institution.
Transfer Now- All external transfers will need to be set up again after you re-register on April 20th for online banking. Previously linked external accounts will not carry over, including any previously scheduled recurring transfers and loan payments.

What Is Changing
Online Banking - As part of the system upgrade, Online Banking will be changing. The new platform will have an updated look and feel as well as enhanced features and capabilities. Learn More Here
Primary and joint account holders can now register and access their own accounts using unique usernames and passwords.
New Things Coming
DebitUp- This NEW feature helps you grow your savings account effortlessly by rounding up your debit card purchases to the nearest dollar and transferring the difference to your savings account. It’s a simple way to make saving part of your everyday spending. Please note: this feature is not applied automatically — you must request that DebitUp be added to your account.
Escrow- For members with Mortgages, your escrow account will now be viewable as a separate savings account through your online banking. The account function and rate, and the amount of your total mortgage payment will stay the same.
Loans Payments- With the upcoming system upgrade, all loans cannot be paid ahead more than 180 days. Any loan currently paid ahead beyond this timeframe will be updated to reflect the new 180-day limit.
Online Banking- A new and improved online banking experience is coming soon
Important info for Zelle Users
Zelle® will no longer be available through White Sands FCU as of April 13, 2026. Registered accounts will be released on April 13, 2026, to allow enrollment at another institution.
What Is Not Changing
Debit Cards and PINs will remain the same
Account Numbers will not change
Any Automatic transfers between WSFCU accounts will not be affected.

Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable beginning Friday, April 17, and will resume Monday, April 20, at noon, after you re-register.

Schedule any upcoming bill payments before Monday, April 13, 2026.
Bill Pay will become inactive as of April 13, 2025. Any recurring payments made after April 17 will not be processed. Please review all your payments before this date.
Payee information will transfer from the old bill pay service.

Yes, loan payments will still be processed.
However, any loan payments set up through WSFCU online banking external transfers will need to be set up again and will not transfer over.
Loan due dates will no longer be able to advance more than 180 days from the current date. All loans will be updated to reflect this with the system upgrade.

Members will receive two dividend postings: one posted on April 17 covering April 1–April 17, and a second posting on April 30 covering April 18–April 30

Statements will remain the same; however, you will receive a combined April statement showing transactions before and after the upgrade.
Beginning in April, Primary account holders with multiple accounts will receive all statements combined in a single envelope.
