White Sands FCU is excited to announce that we are upgrading our system and online banking.

We will be upgrading our core system and online banking to continue delivering convenient, secure, and reliable banking services. This upgrade will enhance technology, improve performance, and help us better support your financial needs now and in the future. A core system conversion is a major project, and our team has been working hard to prepare. While most updates will happen behind the scenes, some services may be briefly limited. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

During this transition, there may be brief periods when some services are limited. We will share more details and reminders as we get closer, and we encourage you to ensure your contact information is up to date so you don’t miss any updates.

What Is Changing

  • Online Banking - As part of the system upgrade, Online Banking will be changing. The new platform will have an updated look and feel as well as enhanced features and capabilities. Learn More Here


What Is Not Changing

  • Debit Cards and PINs will remain the same

  • Account Numbers will not change

  • Any Automatic transfers between WSFCU accounts will not be affected.

  • There will be no interruption to any previously scheduled bill payment set up through Online Banking.

How To Prepare

  • Contact Information- Ensure your contact details are up to date, as we’ll be sending you updates during the process.

    • Make changes through Online Banking

    • Come into any of our branches and make any updates

    • Allows the credit union to offer more products and services in the future.

    • Ability to launch new features that weren’t possible before.

    4. More Personalization

    • The updated system lets staff access information quicker and provide more personalized service.

    • Improved in-branch experiences.

  • Yes. All WSFCU will close at 5:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026 and will reopen on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 9am

  • No, Your account number will not change.

  • No. These services will be unavailable on Friday, April 17 at XX pm and will not resume until you re-reigster on Monday, April 20 at XX am.

  • Yes. There will be no interruption to any previously scheduled bill payment set up through Online Banking. We recommedn you verify your payemnt afterthe upgrade is complete.
