This upgrade will enhance technology, improve performance, and help us better support your financial needs now and in the future. This system upgrade is a significant project, and your White Sands team has already been working hard for quite a while to ensure you are amazed.
While most updates will happen behind the scenes, some services may be briefly limited. We want to keep you informed every step of the way and will share more details and reminders as we get closer. Please ensure your contact information is up to date so you don’t miss any updates.

What Is Changing
Online Banking - As part of the system upgrade, Online Banking will be changing. The new platform will have an updated look and feel as well as enhanced features and capabilities. Learn More Here
What Is Not Changing
Debit Cards and PINs will remain the same
Account Numbers will not change
Any Automatic transfers between WSFCU accounts will not be affected.
There will be no interruption to any previously scheduled bill payments set up through Online Banking.
How To Prepare
Contact Information- Ensure your contact details are up to date, as we’ll be sending you updates during the process.
Make changes through Online Banking
Come into any of our branches and make any updates
Plan ahead: If you anticipate needing cash during the service interruption, be sure to withdraw it in advance. If you anticipate large Debit Card purchases, either withdraw some money, make those transactions ahead of time, postpone them, or have an alternative payment method in place.
Please note that White Sands FCU Credit Cards will not be affected by the conversion.

Yes. All WSFCU will close at 5:00 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026 and will reopen on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 9am

These services will be unavailable on Friday, April 17th, and will not resume until you re-register on Monday, April 20. More detailed times will come as we get closer

There will be no interruption to any previously scheduled bill payment set up through Online Banking. We recommend you verify your payment after the upgrade is complete.

All White Sands FCU branches will be closed on Saturday, April 18th.

through Monday, April 20.
