    On your promotions you keep saying “pay bills from bill pay on the app” I have looked several places & there’s no where on the app to “pay bills” all I have is “accounts” “transfers” “locations” and “more” am I missing something? Is there also a way to re-order my accounts on the app. I’ve done it on the online banking but it doesn’t transfer on the all.

    I was able to find the bill pay portion on the abb. Thank you I did call the 575-647-4500 number to ask about cut-off times. When i did a transfer online it was after 6:00 P.M. and it didn’t credit my account until the following the day. The call center rep had no clue what I was talking about. Is there a way you can tell me what time is the cut-off for transfers within online banking?

      The cutoff time for transfers to physically post to your accounts is 6 pm. Any transfer you make after 6 pm is physically posted the next morning (or on a Monday if made on a weekend.) However, if you make a transfer after 6 pm (or on a weekend), your account is still given provisional credit so the funds can be used.

    Thanks for letting me know. That is great information about only have till 6. Would this be mountain standard time? Also maybe placing it on the website that you guys now have cut-off times might be helpful for other members.
